GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE SERVICES OF “GROSCO” Ltd.

1.1    These general conditions govern the legal framework of the relationship between “GROSCO” Ltd., VAT: 204776314, with its registered office and management address in the city of Varna, 5 Yosif Stoyanov Street, hereinafter referred to as “The Merchant” for short, and each user hereinafter referred to for brevity as “User”, on the website located at the electronic address arken-optics.eu (referred to as “Site” for brevity), as well as the relations with the same when using the information and commercial services offered by “GROSCO” Ltd. (referred to as “for brevity” Services”).

1.2  By agreeing to the “General Terms and Conditions”, the User agrees, fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions.

1.3 Due to the large product turnover, there may be a discrepancy between the availability of the site and the actual one. In the case of ordered products with exhausted availability, we notify the customer and the rest of the order is sent with his consent. By accepting these conditions, the customer accepts the possibility of discrepancies in the availability and accordingly the merchant is not responsible for lost profits due to unavailable products.

II. GENERAL CONDITIONS

2.1 The merchant may at any time make changes to these General Conditions.

2.2 The user expressly undertakes to respect all copyrights, as well as rights arising from trademarks and other objects of intellectual property of the Merchant and of any third party in connection with the use of the Site. These General Terms and Conditions do not grant the User any rights other than the right to use the Site in the manner agreed in this document.

2.3 The User has no right to use software, scripts, programming languages or other technologies that could create difficulty in the use of the Site by other users, as well as use the service contrary to the applicable legislation.

III PRELIMINARY INFORMATION

3.1 Confirming your irrevocable agreement to the text of these General Terms and Conditions available on the Site, the User declares that he has received from the Merchant the relevant preliminary information regarding essential provisions, which is specified below, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, namely:

In the event that the User is not satisfied with the Merchant’s decision, he may submit all possible claims provided for in the current legislation.

IV Method of payment

 

4.1 Payment is made upon completion of your order by bank (credit or debit card).
4.2 Payments are made only in EUROS or BULGARIAN LEVA.
4.3 The cost of delivery is included in the price of your order.
4.4 Delivery costs are at the expense of the buyer.
4.5 The cost of delivery is calculated based on the weight of the ordered products.
